Introduction and Advantages:
1. A new generation of servo motor drive control system, automatic detection and alarm system for crimp height, stable accuracy and quality, touch screen input, easy and simple setting.
2. It is specially designed to puncture the terminal and the new energy wiring harness and crimp the terminal with high precision.
3. Crimp error alarm function: it will alarm when the crimp terminal is overlapped (function of protecting the blade), not stripping crimp alarm, cut off the core wire alarm, null crimping terminal or wire alarm.
4. At present, it is the best choice among machines with high-demand terminal crimping such as enameled wire puncturing terminals, and the cost performance is also the best.
Features:
The terminal crimping machine is composed of servo motor, motor controller, deceleration drive, brake, position sensor, programmable controller, touch screen, working mechanism, auxiliary mechanism, etc.
1. The spindle drive is about 180 degrees (depending on the thickness of the terminal).
2. Use the touch screen for fine adjustment of height adjustment.
3. Speed: The speed of pressing once is 1 second.
4. The accuracy is +/-0.015mm.
5. The upper limit value of the terminal thickness detection is 0.03mm, and the lower limit value is -0.03mm (main detection: whether there is a terminal, whether there is overlapping pressure)
6. Two-stage speed crimping can be set, both of which can be set.
7. The pressure holding time can be set by crimping to the lower point.
8. Automatically detect the stroke height from the upper knife to the lower knife, and alarm when the terminal is overlapped (function of protecting the blade).
9. Multiple terminal heights are set for cyclic crimping (1-10).
10. Work order storage: 1-10 .
