Product Description

CO2 laser stripping machine

This machine is suitable for high-end wire harness stripping processing. Stable performance, high cost-effective, can run at full load of 24 hours.
1. Double tube and double optical path design, the processing efficiency is doubled compared with ordinary laser wire stripping machines.
2. The X-axis stroke is adjustable, and can process multiple wire harnesses at the same time.
3. PLC integrated touch screen man-machine interface is adopted, with complete functions and easy operation.
4. Combined transmission mode is adopted, with low noise and high speed.
5. The tensile strength of the wire after laser stripping is greater than that of the wire processed by the heating stripping machine. 6. After laser stripping, the inner and outer insulating layers of the wires are not drawn, and there is no irregularity, and the performance of the stripped port does not change.
7. There is no change in the insulation performance before and after laser stripping.
