2. It is specially designed to puncture the terminal and the new energy wiring harness and crimp the terminal with high precision.

3. Crimp error alarm function: it will alarm when the crimp terminal is overlapped (function of protecting the blade), not stripping crimp alarm, cut off the core wire alarm, null crimping terminal or wire alarm.

4. At present, it is the best choice among machines with high-demand terminal crimping such as enameled wire puncturing terminals (Piercing Type Splice Terminals), and the cost performance is the best.

 

Features:

1. The spindle drive is about 180 degrees (depending on the thickness of the terminal).

2. Use the touch screen for fine adjustment of height adjustment.

3. Speed: The speed of pressing once is 1 second.

4. The accuracy is +/-0.015mm.

5. The upper limit value of the terminal thickness detection is 0.03mm, and the lower limit value is -0.03mm (main detection: whether there is a terminal, whether there is overlapping pressure).
