Equipment adjustment
Adjustable processing parameters
• Knob 1 is the peeling length adjustment knob, adjust the knob to the corresponding scale according to the actual peeling length. The knob is only allowed to rotate counterclockwise.
• Knob 2 is used to adjust the peeling stroke, that is, half peeling or full peeling. Turn the peeling stroke clockwise to reduce the peeling stroke to achieve half peeling, and turn the peeling stroke counterclockwise to increase the peeling stroke to achieve full peeling.
• Knob 3 is used to adjust the depth of the peeling knife. When the wire diameter of the wire to be cut changes, the knife edge should be adjusted to a suitable depth to prevent the core wire from being damaged or the insulation layer cannot be peeled. Turn the knife edge clockwise to reduce the cutting depth, and turn it counterclockwise When the depth of the knife edge becomes deeper.
